Indonesia weren't so bad, they didn't lose for more than 2-0 but that makes no difference. Not important how many goals you lost. Losing is losing. Liverpool did dominate the whole entire match but it din't look like how The Gunners totally dismantled the South-East Asian team. Luis Suarez did get all the credit for Liverpool's achievement for EPL such as topscorer for LFC but not only one South American can dominate. Not only Suarez. And that South American is Philippe Coutinho. We see large teams seeking for Coutinho. Coutinho has dominated the pre-season league for Liverpool. Just a week before the match even started, fans of The Reds were crazy. The fans came to meet and greets, street vendors selling clothes and scarves, billboards around the street about the game and just a day before the match started, there was a coaching clinic for kids to learn skills from the stars of England. Liverpool had quite a lot of chances and the closest Indonesia ever got to scoring was Sergio Van Dijk, by unleashing a 25-yard rocketing shot that was tipped over by Simon Mignolet, hoping that Rodgers will make him his first choice keeper. The first goal was of course, to Liverpool awarded by Brazilian striker Philippe Coutinho, with a perfect finish to the goal in the 9th minute. The second goal was awarded by the young Jamaican, Raheem Sterling. Lucky for Indonesia, Luis Alberto and Sterling hit the post with thundershots of their own and if they were a bit more precise, The Reds could possibly beat Arsenal's Highscore thumping.
Thanks for reading, come back the next two days for Chelsea vs Indonesia.
