FIFA World Cup 2014 Groups and analysis Part 2

Hi, I'm back for part 2 group analysis and we're back with quite some news. So far, what's hot is the new Balloon D'or and ome recent soccer scores. And now, lets get to the main topic of this post which is group analysis. Hmm when did we stop? Oh yeah we stopped at Group D. For Group E, we have 2 teams that were in the same group last world cup and we also have newcomers Ecuador and disappointers from last year, France. France are expected to go well this World Cup especially with their sharpened players like Ribery although they had quite some difficulty qualifying. They are expected to lead the group with their Balloon D'or candidate and some even expect them to win. Now, for the next group, we have two new comers Bosnia-Herzegoniva and an unexpected visitor, new to the world cup, we have Iran. We also have to countries that aren't new to the world cup which are Argentina and Nigeria. The Argentinians are expected to shine with who people claim as the best player ever which is Lionel Messi but Nigeria could also surprise them with Emenike and star Jay Jay Okocha. For the next team, we have the team of death. It gives USA goosebumps. Real goosebumps. With Ghana, Portugal, and one of the best teams in this planet, Germany, we have one of the toughest groups in the game. With stars like Cristiano, Lahm, Scweinsteiger, and Donovan, this group is expected to delight the world. Thats all for today, come back tomorrow for more soccer news.

FIFA World Cup 2014 Groups and analysis Part 1

Hi guys, I've been gone for quite a while, sorry because I had tons of school work to do. When I was gone, there were tons of awesome football news like Munich defeating Chelsea for the UEFA Super Cup and there were amazing coach transfers. I also heard that Manchester United aren't doing a very good job with their new coach David Moyes and recently ended its loss streak by beating Aston Villa in Villa Park three nil a few days ago. Munich and Barcelona are doing great this season, with no losses. Also, in the top of the BPL board is quite surprising, with The Gunners conquering the top spot but they recently lost 6-3 to rivals Manchester City.

And now, let us advance to the main topic of this post. United States in the group of death with Ghana, Portugal, and the most powerful team in the world, Germany. It won't be a surprise at
all if only Germany and Portugal can successfully pass the group stage and Ghana, they're not bad at all, they are an excellent team. No offense Americans, but I'm pretty sure that US cannot pass the group stage. And now, about other groups, they're fair. In group A, we have the host team Brazil along with Croatia, Mexico, and Cameroon. It has been a very long time since I haven't seen Hernandez and Eto'o play so it would be delightful when we see Mexico play against Cameroon. However, with their amazing skill, I predict that the African giants Cameroon could not pass South American giants Brazil and Mexico.

Brazil would have a hard time defeating Mexico despite their skillful players. Mexico could surprise Brazil again, reliving what happened in the Olympic finals. However, with Neymar sharpened along with Zenit St Petersburg forward Hulk and formidable defenders Dani Alves and Thiago Silva, it is very possible for them to defeat Mexico. For group B, it would be a tough competition for Chile and Australia while World Cup 2010 finalists clash. Chile met their old group opponents and they also meet The Socceroos in this group. In my opinion, one of the strongest team in the World Cup, The Offsiders (a.k.a Spain) has a great chance to lead this group. Now, for group C, Ivory Coast clash with the Asian giant Japan and they also meet Greece. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention the team I have been waiting for, the ultimate underdog, the upsetters, please welcome, Colombia. The greatest players in this group, no argument really, Falcao and Drogba. They two have been great players although we don't really hear from them, since they went to less popular teams.

Now, for the next group, we have three football giants and an unpopular country especially in soccer that won't stand a chance against these high class giants. The 'ant' that will be stomped is Costa Rica, and the giants are England, Italy, and Uruguay. In my opinion, the teams that are going home are England and Costa Rica. Although England's got great and skilled players in their arsenal, they won't be able to go in the court and fight against Uruguay and Italy. Although Italy got totally demolished in 2010 World Cup, they really showed some skill in the 2012 Euro and even defeated Germany. Uruguay is experienced and could perform very well because of their experience in last World Cup. They even won the South American Cup recently and they really shown some tactic when they, one of the least unexpected teams went to the semifinals.
Come back tomorrow for part 2!

Munich Defeats City as they win Audi Cup in Allianz, RMA takes revenge on Champions League 11/12 Loss

Equaliser: Thomas Muller slots home his penalty to bring Bayern Munich level
The English side is defeated once more, with The Bavarians dominating the match with roughly 73% in the first half, and with them winning 2-1. Bayern Munich looks like they thurn the tables round in Allianz Arena with a delightful comeback of two goals which are credited two Thomas Muller's penalty and Mario Mandzukic's goal (65', 72'). Munich had successfully turned it over, with City scoring on the 61st, Thanks to City's new recruit, Alvaro Negredo. It was a great match, looking like the German side won't get scored, due to their domination of the ball in the first half but in fact, the English side scored before them, with a more superb goal than two of Munich's goals. German goalkeeper Manuel Neuer was exceptional, handing tons of great saves for Munich, while Muller and Mandzukic also contributed a lot to their win and some other key players to Munich's win were Alaba, Schweinsteiger, Ribery, and not to mention The 2012/13 final MoM (Man of the Match), Dutch winger Arjen Robben. The first goal was for The Citizens, with their new recruit Alvaro Negredo scoring a wonderfuul goal with great pace and power used to go through Javi Martinez the striking the ball low and hard, finding itself on the net. Just after the goal, Guardiola looked quite angry, you can say, nestling after the goal that left his team behind. Just 4 minutes later, Die Roten equalized with Thomas Muller's  penalty after Argentinian Right-back Pablo Zabaleta's hand-ball inside the penalty box. Pablo was just plain silly, he didn't even bother to look at the ball. Muller didn't waste the huge opportunity and calmly put the ball in the net, sending Pantilimon to the wrong direction. All of us know what actually happens when Germans take penalties. I say it's a colossal mistake for every single team to foul inside the penalty box against a German team. Foul a German team inside the penalty box. Conclusion: Very bad. I say there is an 85% chance that (they) will score. Now, for the next goal, The Bavarians had it again. With a sublime cross from Muller, the ball found itself too far to reach for Boyata. Hungry for a goal, Mandzukic headed the ball in City's net.

For Real Madrid vs Chelsea, both head coaches Carlo Ancelotti from Real Madrid and Jose Mourinho from Chelsea saw familiar foes. The precise score was 3-1 for Madrid with Real Madrid defender Marcelo taking the Spanish team to the lead in the early point of the game, the 14th minute. Just less than a minute after that goal, The Blues responded from Ramires almost immediatly. With the game level, Portuguese all-star Cristiano Ronaldo scored a tredemark 25-yard goal that Chelsea keeper Petr Cech trying to reach it with his fingertip on the 31st, raising the noise of the Miami crowd. The Blues looked like they didn't want to lose, and out of many tries, Belgian star Eden Hazard missed another golden opportunity. At the 56th, CR7 scored against his former coach's team the second time, with Real winning the friendly pre-season match. Thanks for reading, come back for more football news.

Manchester City Buries A.C Milan, Munchen Beats Sao Paolo as Both teams Meet in the Finals in Minor Audi Cup

Edin Dzeko is challenged by Kevin Constant.
Manchester City vs A.C Milan wasn't a tense match, but it was a hard fought comeback that wasn't enough to beat the English giants. With eight goals all on the first half, the score was 5-3. It was a hard match for Milan, with the Italian side losing 5-0 in the first 39 minutes but on the last eleven minutes, three goals were scored (37', 39', 43') but all those three-goal effort definitely wasn't enough for beating Manchester City's goal party (3', 19', 22', 32', 36'), but as every person says, at least you tried. The first half was quite a sensational half, with an eight goal party, starting from David Silva's ball that went comfortably in the net. It was an easy goal, starting from a great passing display. Navas then receives the ball, beats his man, whips it to Jovetic, Jovetic passes the ball to silva and the first goal of the match was born. (The goals are in order so if you are wondering in which minute the goal was scored you can just match it with the minutes I wrote. The next goal was scored by Micah Richards. It was another goal that was too easy for City. Starting from a pass from Richards to Navas, Navas quickly cuts inside the box and plays the ball to Ferdinanho. Richards then again gets the ball, strikes it to Amelia's chest, but successfully converted the rebound. Games like this will never ever get any easier for Manchester City. The next goal came from Serb left back Aleksandar Kolarov. City then earns a corner, a new start of their fourth goal with Navas executing it. The ball then lands on Spaniard David Silva. He splits the defense just like how Moses split the Red Sea then sends Navas running down the right. The winger then whacks it with a powerful strike and Edin Dzeko finishes it by tapping the ball back the post. The next goal was assisted by Yaya Toure. This might sound a little crazy, but jeez, Yaya Toure struckthe ball from 30 yards! The ball ended up on Dzeko's chest, with him spinning around then volleying the ball to the net with Amelia not having the power to anticipate it. The comeback is on, baby! El Shaarawy cleans out of the heavy defense, the scores. Nothing the English keeper Joe Hart can actually do. Aleksandar Kolarov took down a barging Milan player. Looks like he just stopped Petagna. Unfortunate for City, Shaarawy is unstoppable. He nailed yet his second goal of the day. Petagna then ended the sensational half with a goal to City's net. The second half was completely boring, with no goals.

For Bayern Munich vs Sao Paulo, it was a fun match, with a two goal cushion for Munich, which means that both City and Munich are meeting each other face to face at the Audi Cup finals. The match was quite an easy one for The Bavarians, with both goals on the second half (55',86') each scored by a different person. The first goal was scored by Mario Mandzukic while the second was scored by Weiser. Thanks for reading, come back for more football news.

R.I.P Christian "Chucho" Benitez

Thousands bid farewell to late Ecuador star
Ecuadorian star and Mexico's top scorer for last season, Christian "Chucho" Benitez suddenly passes away at 27 while playing his first league match with El-Jaish due to heart failure. Chucho had complained that he had heavy pains in his abdomen, which caused the team's crew to take him to a hospital nearby the stadium at Doha, Qatar. Christian passed away 4 days ago at Ahli hospital. His 24 international goals for Ecuador made him 3rd place in the overall, and the Ecuadorian star passed away just three weeks ago. Manchester United player Antonio Valencia who played alongside Chucho in Ecuadorian team El Nacional tweeted "The pain is very strong brother but we love you" and posted a few respective pictures for him (Chucho). Interior Minister of team Jose Serrano commented on a micro-blogging site "Dear Chucho thank you for your goals and your happiness". The team didn't bother to take him (Chucho) and family back to Ecuador to bury him in a glass coffin with fans looking over his glass coffin partly covered by Ecuador's national flag. Chucho's aunt, Brenda Benitez requested one last autopsy "In order for the country to have clarity, for the speculation to stop".
My condolences to Christian "Chucho" Benitez and family, Rest In Peace Christian Benitez.

Dortmund Claims Revenge on Bayern as they win German's Super Cup

Dortmund
Dortmund beats Bayern Munchen as they win the first cup of the 2013/14 season. It was a six-goal thriller, and it determines the Bundesliga 13/14 to be exciting, and this also makes Germany one of the toughest competitors for the 2014 World Cup. This also proves that Guardiola is not so fit for being a coach in a German team, keeping him responsible for the loss. In this game, German winger Marco Reus was the man of the match, by scoring two goals, but Bayern's loss could also be caused by the absence of an important playmaker, Franck Ribery, and one of the greatest goalkeepers in the world, Manuel Neuer. This match keeps both teams rivals and favorites for the Bundesliga.  The precise score was 4-2, with a goal in the first half and five in the second. The first goal was scored by Marco Reus, in the 6th minute when Sven Bender headed the ball and Reus headed again, and unfortunately Munich keeper Tom Starke couldn't save it, and that was the first goal. On the 53rd minute, The Bavarians equalized by Arjen Robben but two minutes later, Van Buyten headed the ball to his own net, and Gundogan scored a minute later. With a two goal cushion, Bayern caught up with a goal in the 64th but Reus scored an extra goal in the 86th for Dortmund.

Chelsea Brings Another Nightmare For Indonesia

Eden Hazard, Ramires, Demba Ba, John Terry, Bertrand Traore, and Romelu Lukaku all finished Indonesia's friendly pre-season series of matches with losses. All the friendly matches that Indonesia has played ended with losses. The loss chronicles started around a month ago, when Netherlands beat them 3-0. Then there was Arsenal, who beat them bad, with a score of 7-0. After that, Liverpool delivered a loss that wasn't so bad, 2-0. But Chelsea, a world-class team with a recent Champions League win, totally destroyed Indonesia with a humiliating scoreline of 8-1, and they scored all the goals. The stadium was filled with loud football fanatics, around 70.000 of them, watching their favorite team play. If you see the stadium from the inside and you see the fan's seats, all you can see is the color blue. Literally. The start of the goal-party was when Indonesia player Hamka Hamzah fouled John Terry in the penalty box. Eden Hazard didn't waist an opportunity, by sending Indonesian keeper Kurnia Mega flying the opposite way of where he aimed the ball to. Eight minutes later, Brazilian player Ramires doubled the goals by shooting the ball in the net after anticipating a cross from Eden Hazard. The third time Kurnia Mega had to see his goal ripped was in the 32nd minute, when Ba scored another goal for The Blues, which was a rebound anticipated from Ramires. On the last minute, Terry completed the first-half colored by four goals, by heading a ball headed by Gary Cahill.

Jose Mourinho looked pleased with the score of the half, and just six minutes after break, Chelsea started their goalathon from a goal from Bertrand Traore. Romelu Lukaku also wanted to get his name on the scoreline so he scored a goal just after Indonesia started the kickoff. Ramires then doubled his name on the scoreline by scoring his second goal of the game on the 57th minute. Lukaku then doubled his goal on the 66th minute. Just three minutes later, Chelsea scored their ninth goal, which was an own-goal scored by Tomas Kalas. On the 76th minute, Lukaku almost completed his hat-trick but Indonesian keeper Kurnia Mega managed to tip the ball over the goal. Thanks for reading, come the next three days for Bayern Munchen vs Borussia Dortmund
